It's a beta
Pounce is beta software, provided as-is with no warranty. Bambi tries very hard, but he can misread a form or hit a wall — when in doubt he stops and asks rather than guessing. We may change features, caps, or pause the service while it grows.
You are the applicant of record
Nothing is submitted without your approval — every answer and every resume is shown to you first, and the final click is yours. That also means every application is your application: review it like you wrote it, because as far as the employer is concerned, you did.
Honesty is load-bearing
Bambi rephrases and reorders your real experience; he never invents it. Don't ask him to. Accounts used to misrepresent qualifications get closed.
Fair use
One account per person, 50 applications a month during beta. AI costs real money; the cap keeps quality high. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to automate around its limits.
Your data, your exit
Leave whenever you like — your data is deleted on request, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the update lands on this page with a new date at the top.
